I think that your pitch was very insightful and the animoto which you created gave a clear view on what the concepts were for your magazine, you explained your colour palettes well aswell as the reasoning behind your title. Overall your pitch went well.
I feel that you have a nice title to fit the hip hop genre. You have clearly put a lot of thought into your magazine. Also I think that your magazine will stand out with the chosen colour palette. to sum up i think i would buy your magazine!
Your moodboard gives a good insight to your genre hip hop. Your target audience of 16 – 24 years is a good age range. Will you be targeting both male and females? If so how will you ensure your magazine appeals to both genders? You need to give examples of colour palettes you have experimented with, at least 4 examples and state why you have selected the colour palette you use for your final piece. Experiment more with the typography you are going to use and give examples on your blog. You said in your pitch you want to use a handwriting font for the masthead this could appear quite classical and not bold enough. Did you mean a graffiti style? The test shots you have put on your blog show a selection of different angles, ensure the mise en scene is appropriate or take your photo on a plain background preferably green or blue if you wish o cut them out. Provide test shots of the various models you are considering using and explain why you select the one you decide on.
